SUMMARY:PNG at MCL Marion News Bureau Buzz Session
DESCRIPTION:PNG at MCL is starting a new “Marion News Bureau” alongside WSIU\, and we’re pumped! Everyone aged 10 – 18 is invited to this introductory “buzz session” to learn about the new bureau\, find out how it will work\, and register to be a bureau member! \nFamilies are welcome at this event. Anyone aged 10 – 18 is eligible to sign up to be a part of the Marion News Bureau\, which will meet on Thursdays at 4 pm in MCL’s Technology Lab. \nThere’s no cost to attend or be a part of the bureau\, and no library card is required. \nFunding for Project Next Generation is provided by the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services to the Secretary of State/Illinois State Library under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA). \nNOTICE: All participants and parents understand and agree that photos taken at library events may be used in social media postings and future promotions. \nGuardian supervision is not required during PNG at MCL events.
