DESCRIPTION:Chicago’s Adler Planetarium is sending its Astro Road Trip outreach program to Marion Carnegie Library! We’ll have fun opportunities like checking out meteorites from the Moon and Mars\, activities involving light and color\, and demonstrations exploring lenses\, mirrors\, and size & scale. If the weather cooperates\, we’ll have a telescope outside for you to look through\, too! \nWhile you’re here\, register for Summer Reading challenges! \nNo need to stay for the entire program time. Please drop in for one activity or several! \nThis program is free and intended for ages 6 – 106. No registration or library card is required! \nNOTICE: All participants and parents understand and agree that photos taken at library events may be used in social media postings and future promotions.
