We will sing\, dance\, read stories and make birthday hats! \nWe’ll also make a neat birthday graph to display in the Children’s Department! \nThis event is free and intended for younger children. \nNOTICE: All participants and parents understand and agree that photos taken at library events may be used in social media postings and future promotions. \nChildren 10 years old and younger must be accompanied by a guardian at all times while attending MCL Children’s Department events.
